rear left brake locking up

i have an 04 plate hyundai Coupe se and am concerned that when the ABS light is on the rear left brake keeps locking up

Run a scan first and see what the code is, the ABS light is a general indication of a problem , a scan will narrow done the problem for a better diagnosis.
