Hi, I have a knocking sound near the right hand tire at the back, also a bubble on mt front right tire.

You need someone to have a look at the knocking noise. It is not possible to diagnose it online.

As to the bubble on the tire, get the tire replaced. The bubble indicates the tire wall is damaged and can result in the tire bursting anytime.
