First the drivers side rear door power lock stopped working and had to be locked manually. Then the drivers side door stopped responding to the fob and the inside door control. Now, all the doors have stopped responding and must be locked manually. Could all the actuators actually go out withing a week of each other?

The chances are remote but can still happen. Check the fuses and have the actuators tested to find out if it is a control or actuator fault.
