2004 Honda Element Today Driving Around 30 40 Mph Noise Started Sounded

today as i was driving around 30-40 mph a noise started ---it sounded like it was under the hood.........around 60 it stopped..........after i stopped the car and disengaged , i rev up the engine no sound there............then as i was getting near 30-40 it was ok.i hit 60 still ok. then slowed down around 30-40 it started again..can you help?

If it is more in time with road speed i feel it will not be engine related, check drive line for any worn components first.
