this was given to me from a Honda dealer by my house

I don't know what it mean or how to fix it.

There is a special fluid in the rear that must be changed according to the manufacturer.

It requires special fluid.

The fact you already have a problem, changing the fluid may or may not fix the issue.

It is a good start
