My air condition is blowing hot air. The condenser fan is not coming on at all. I had Freon drained and recharged and still blows hot air. What should I do to fix? Also checked condenser fuse and it is good. Please help.

Scan for codes as the control head may not be sending signal to turn AC on. Check fuses and relay under hood for AC compressor and condenser fan.

Most likely low on Freon from a leak. Have it checked to verify.
