2004 Honda Civic Weird sounds when on CNG

Hi! My civic is on CNG and petrol both the problem I am going to tell is only while the car is on CNG when the rpm of car is below 2 so a weird sound comes it sounds like bloop bloop like water is boiling n the temp needle is bit raised now please elaborate what is it?
