My car is a Type S. The indicators will flash two to three times then they speed up and slow down losing timing and sometimes turn off altogether.
The hazards are the same.
I have checked the three fuses under bonnet and there is no damage to them.
Which side of the inside of car do I access the fuses/wiring under the dashboard?
Or please advise what could be the possible cause.

Thanks,

Pete

Hello,

It sounds like you have a turn signal flasher that needs to be replaced. Here is the location below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Hello,
It looks like it is a faulty relay. Unfortunately the first place I got one from (Halfords) it had 4 pins instead of 3 and the second which just arrived through the post had all the pins in the right place, but the black box is too big to fit in the housing bracket in car. I will now try a local breaker yard. Thanks for helping diagnose the issue.
