I replaced the battery in my 2004 Honda Civic, and now the clock/radio is showing COdE. How do I fix this? There wasn't anything in the manual regarding this. Thanks!!

Check in your service manual to see if the code was hand written in there, or if the plastic card (like a credit card) is in there with the code on it (a 5 digit number). If no code, the serial number will need to be retrieved off the stereo so the dealer can look up your code in the database. It usually needs to be removed to get the serial number off of it.
