Tire sizes

2004 HONDA ACCORD

Out of my four tires only 3 are the same and the 4th is a P205 R60 16 91V the others are 91H can that alone affect my alignment?

It will not affect alignment but driveablilty and control of vehicle might be if the threads are too much different in design.

To add to the previous answer, even if the tread design is identical, the difference in speed rating can translate to major differences in construction of the sidewall of the tire which would adversely effect the handling.
