2004 Honda Accord Left Lights On Battery Went Dead Junped Off

I left my lights on and the battery went dead--junped it off , no problem--however I have several light on the dash board that are still on (TCS--ABS--etc) how do I get these lights to go off

You would need a scan tool to reset some of them. If a problem had occurred other than the battery failure, the lights would come back on.
