Honda Accord ECM Malfuntion

I have a 2004 honda accord with 78800 miles. The battery went dead so I jumped it using my wife's car. After that I got a check engine light. Took it to autozone and after scanning the report says ECM malfuntion. How can fix this? Do I need a new processor board? What could cause this? Is this an expensive fix? Right now my car sounds a little accelerated...need help please.

you may be able to repair this by disconecting the neg batt cable for a half hour or so. this will force the ecm to reboot. if this don.t fix it. you will spend a few hundred to replace..good luck
