2004 Holden Rodeo Cranks over but won't start

Hi my rodeo will wind over but will not start i have replaced the fuel filter and checked all fuses and when i loosened an injector and cranked the engine over the deisel gets to the injector pump but not to the injector

This is a known problem with theses engines, unfortunately I think that the injector pump has failed, I have seen this 3-4 times now on the RA series 3 litre turbo diesel over the past 2 years in my business, these are electronic pumps and they are not cheep to fix I would suggest that you get this inspected by a qualified diesel tech to confirm the diagnoses.
