2004 GMC Yukon Rear blower stoped working

I check the blower its self and is working but i think somewhere is a bad conection becouse i check the resistor and is working too the blower is making a noise but no want to start

If the blower motor is good but not working, it will be lacking either power or ground. Which is it?
