Why does my 50a breaker blow when I plug in my 30a circuit breaker in my 2004 gmc yukon?

Both driver and passenger seats have lost power. Seat heaters also do not work. The 50a fuse under the hood (mbec) blows when 30a seat circuit breaker is plugged in and the 30 a circuit breaker arcs and gets really hot.

because the 30 is underrated for the current draw. I would not mess with this as you may cause much larger issues. Have a tech find your fault and repair it before you cause a fire or worse.
