received a quote to replace the fuel line on a 2004 GMC Envoy for $700, is this a reasonable cost?

It probable involves removing the fuel tank or something like that. Most of them can be repaired and sectioned to save money. They use a plastic line than can be spliced but they need to have a repair kit made by Dorman to do it.
