2004 Gmc Envoy Blower Motor On Wont Idle Good Stopped Seems Search Speed

when blower motor is on, it wont idle good when im stopped. It seems to search for idle speed. Goes below 500 then up to 700-800, then back down and stalls. Any ideas on what s going on?

try cleaning throttle plate and iac on both sides with choke cleaner first. clean iac hole as well then clean your battery terminal ends.
