2004 Ford Territory fan for a/c

The fan on my 04-05 ford territory only works for a couple of minutes and then stops blowing and the a/c blows very little wind

we have no info on these as they are not In US but check for a relay underhood andsee if power is going through resistor which Is normally by the blower. also check to see if the actuators are all working sometimes they don't and they can be either electrical or vacuum powered.
