10% or less. it is a little high. what issue do you have thats makes you ask this question??

check eng lite on active code for tps ciruct low already changed tps

you need to check that the base isle is correct as that will effect the reading.

sorry for the typo. yes, with the idle air control disconnected, the idle should be 500-550.

where is idle air control how do i disconnect it?

top of the upper intake and has a 2 wire connector.

there is an adjustment on the throttle stop to up or down the base idle.
after that, remove the battery cable and let it sit for a few minutes and re connect.
