does the back lights go to the turn switch I have no brake lights no power at back power at pedal

The high mount brake lamp is wired a little different than the lower brake lites. The lower brakes lamps are wired through the multifunction switch, the high mount brake lamp isn't. This guide can help us fix it.

If the high mount brake lamp doesn't work, I'd have to check voltage to and from brake switch, also check fuse.

the high mount works everything works except the back brakes power to the turn signal switch but I do not have no diagram I was told it was the turn signal

Your lower brake and turn use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. In the diagram, the wire color on the right at lamp assembly is voltage for stop and turn.
