Air does not blow from dash vents or defrost, only through floor. Still blows hot/cold, still blows on Hi/Lo setting, selector will not divert air from floor vents to the dash. Have checked all vacuum hoses under hood leading into firewall as well as behind glove box, vent control panel, and stereo. Everything is attached, and nothing is leaking.

That is operated by a series of vacuum actuators on the left side of the HVAC housing. You could have lack of vacuum supply, a bad switch or actuator or a door damaged internally. It needs to be inspected to find out.
