2004 Ford Mondeo Hi Removed 3 Glow Plugs Fourth Sheered Engine Block Heater

hi i have removed 3 glow plugs, the fourth has sheered at the engine block, the heater part of the plug intact the outer nut turns with collar to engine block. it is the last plug on the left as faceing car,can it be left in, drilled out,or tatal stripdown.

you need to remove the head and the pre chamber
