If my steering wheel is pulling to the right and a bolt behind the right wheel is giving a bit can this be caused by a problem with the steering column? What is the max this should cost?

Thanks

May be a faulty tie rod end, but you better get it looked at first hand, something is worn and you will have to get it looked at first hand, to be sure as your description is not to clear.
