tHE HEATER DOESN'T WORK WHERE MUST WE LOOK TO TRY AND FIX IT?. aLL THE FUSES ARE WORKING

we dont' have that model in u.s. so check for a water valve in engine compart mentchekc that both hoses are hot when engine warm. then check under dash for actuators they can be electric or vacuum if vacuum check for a vacuum leak or not getting vacuum. i'll send a generic pic of an actuator
