2004 Ford Freestar Van Misfiring Changed Plugs Wires Now Less Than Month

Van was misfiring...changed plugs and wires. Now less than a month later, its misfiring on cylinder 2....it's worse around 45mph and 55mph...EGR valve is also stuck...any ideas of what could be causing this?
