According to a friend who is a Ford mechanic, there are a half dozen service bulletins for noisy serpentine belts, and "none of them work".
From the side of the truck, sight along all of the pulleys to see if there is one where the belt is peeking out to the side compared to on all the other pulleys. If the belt is off-center by 1/8" compared to the other pulleys, that's a lot. Usually 1/16" off-center is not enough to cause a problem on a pulley where the backside of the belt goes around it, (smooth pulley), but 1/16" is plenty to cause the ribbed side to squeak. A misaligned pulley forces the belt to slide (squeak) sideways as it goes around it.
If the problem just started after the generator and tensioner were replaced, be sure the tensioner is seated properly. They usually have a small locating tab to help prevent them from rotating under the spring pressure. If that tab isn't seated, you'll definitely see the crooked pulley. The generator can't really be mispositioned, so it is not likely to be causing the problem unless the pulley isn't installed correctly, (depth on the shaft).
