2004 Ford Freestar Replaced Computor Alternator Battery Still Doesnt Turn On

i replaced computor ,alternator and battery and it still doesnt turn on. it cranks and sometimes it will turn on and runs great but as soon as you turn it off it wont turn on till about 10 min. why/

did you have the computer flashed???? why did you replace it????
