2004 Ford Freestar pcv hose

I have a hole in a hose that I believe is the pcv valve hose.(not positive) and my car doesn't idle right and stalls unless I keep my foot on the gas. I have a 2004 ford freestar

Replace the hose and then check the EGR Valve

the pcv hose shold be a larger hose and lead to a valve cover block the hose and see if idle does better if ok then replace the hose. most auto parts should have them
