2004 Ford Fiesta -1.4. Fan comes on when switch off engine. .

Have just had new water pump, thermostat and radiator but thermostat rises right to top for few seconds and then drops down. Still some loss of coolant when switch off engine. Fan comes on when switch off engine for about 3 minutes

Start by checking the coolant temperature sensor resistances Hot and Cold
