Check the suspension for play by jacking up the front wheels and grabbing the top and bottom and pushing and puling on it to see if there is play. This checks the ball joints. Do the same thing side to side and that checks the tie rod end. You might have a loose suspension component that needs replacing and that could just be part of the problem. Then you should check the tires for bumps or uneven wear. If there is uneven wear you may have an alignment issue that is also casuing the wheel wobbling. Gnerally it is the toe in and/or total toe setting that will cause this. Other issues that can cause this problemsare out of balance tires or even loose steering linkagegs or loose u joints or clamps.
