you checked the central juncton box fuse number 18? have you tried checking continuity with a test light? Also test brake pedal posistion switch (BPP)

Another thing I would check would be if you have power thru the stop light switch to check the turn signal switch which is famous for the connector popping off the back of the switch and no turn or brake lights on vehicle..
