why is my truck make a chattering noise under a load or lugging the motor or lite accelleration

i have put new pullys on it new timing chains tennsioners new guides new spark plugs it has no mil lights on i know some trucks will chatter when lugging down with a manual trans but mine is a automatic oh and i have tried octain booster and a carbon flush at dealership no luck please help
