how do you remove heater blower fan 2004 F150 super crew fan makes a rattiling or rumbling noise at all fan speeds

BLOWER MOTOR
Up under the dash on the passenger side is the location of the motor, remove the right kick panel, peel back the rug, remove the plugs, then the blower.

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the RH lower A-pillar trim panel.
2. Position aside the carpet below the blower motor.
3. Remove the blower motor (19805)
1. Remove the blower motor screws.
2. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
3. Remove the blower motor.

4. Remove the blower motor wheel (18504).
1. Remove the clip.
2. Remove the blower motor wheel.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
