Need to know if the hydrolic clutch needs just to be bled

I cant get any grab on the clutch and its too new to need a new one and it goes into gear only when the truck is off. It was out of fluid so I need to bleed it but don't know how.

yes, that's what it sounds like. how does the pedal feel? if peadal feels normal with not too much easy play then pressure plate may have failed. doing a bleed is worth trying in any case.
