2004 F150 lariat 5.4 triton 90,000 miles. large thump under me in front center of truck only when going from dead stop to start. after gets going doesnt have any problem

check trans mount. it may be broken

Is it a closed drive shaft? If so there had been a recall on them as there was nowhere to service the drive shaft if needed. A universal could also be the problem. check the transmission mount and the universals.
