very little heat coming from heat vents,how do I fix?

heat vents and defrost has very littel heat comeing from them and the engine temp. is o.k.

Check to make sure the both heater core hoses are getting hot with the engine warm and heat on. If they are, check blend air door. If only one gets hot, make sure the coolant if full. if it is, flush the heater core.
