Fan Noise

Engine makes heavy fan noise under load and runs with hesitation intermittently.

I had the same problem and found out it was the pully tensioner. I took it in to a mechanic and they said it was the belt so I had it replaced and it didn't help and on the way home the tensiometer fell off.
