2004 ford control cylenoid b, where is this part located, can i get just this part, how easy is it to fix, and how much in od o/d light on and off then stays off

I think you are refering to a shift solenoid (solenoid B). It is in the transmission on the valve body. As far as the OD light, have the computer scanned to identify what is causing the light to flash. Once identified, then you can get an estimate for the repair.
