The blower for the heat and the ac doesn’t blow hard. The fan speed increases but the volume is not strong. It seems like the air inlet is not opening up all the way. Where is the air inlet?

The first thing I would do is check for applicable trouble codes. Some of the national brand autostores can check some codes for you. I'm not sure they can check for datc codes? I believe that stands for dual automatic temp control.

I'll see If I can find a picture for actuator?

There are two blend door actuators, if the problem is an actuator?? One is behind center of dash, the other is behind passenger side of dash. I'd still check for codes, first.
