Check heat sheild no rattle, can it be that a brokeen revit can cause it to sound like a tin can or maybe something else.? lt does it 10 seconds I start the truck and when I turn the truck off???????

Take a rubber mallet and tap on the catalytic converter. Sometimes they come loose inside and make noise.

you mean the converter is going bad or you mean the lnside of the heat sheilds?

The inside of the converter can come loose and cause a noise. I believe you already checked the heat shields. If the converter makes no noise, check the muffler too.
