Eddie Bauer Exp hesitates to shift into Drive and now slipping in other gears. No codes found at auto supply store. Changed fluid 3 mths ago.

Check to see if the trans fluid is clean and full. Is the check engine light on? Is the OD light flashing? If all of the things are okay, you should have it checked by a trained tech. If the fluid is good, and no lights are coming on, it sounds like the clutch plates are worn and causing it to slip.
