turned off ignition switch, car hasn't cranked will not even rotate.New battery,new starter,checked all wiring from ignition switch to starter solinoid all fuses good,relays good.been on car for three day tring to find problem. thanks in advance,kuzz

if it wont turn by hand, something happened in the motor.

was there any noise in the motor before this happened??
