po466 code

i changed the stick radio out for an aftermarket radio and blew the radio fuse, 5 AMP, and decided to replace it with the c. vent 5 AMP fuse and after i relpaced the bad fuse the check engine light came on and the dash lights no longer work when the head lights are turned on. also it pulls the code po466. how do i fix them both?

This code is for the evap. system. It has nothing to do with the radio.
I'm wondering what caused the radio fuse to blow and if maybe that caused a problem somewhere else in the wiring.
