It dings while I drive every start up and every 15 minuts and they are intervals of 2 minutes

Instrument cluster is always dim and when I turn the key on the check engine ligh, airbag, and whichever other ones are supposed to come on don't at all

You need to have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. To me, it sounds like either a bad ground or there could be an issue with the body control module.
