i am having air conditioning problems with the charging

2004 ford e350 6.0 diesel, a/c replaced, no pressure or reading with car running and a/c on. New bottle of r-134 with gauge working on other vehicles, why would it not work(recharge) or show any pressure on this vehicle? Where is the a/c fuse or relay Ineed to know which fuse # controls a/c and if any relays& where-2004 ford e350 super duty van 6.0 diesel 1 altenator
