car keeps over heating while idling and a/c on. come to find it was the cooling fan fuse and now my problem is that when i put a new fuse in, it blows it about 5 to 10 mins of running. the only thing i have done to the car is replaced the cooling fan and still no change. it is a 4.6 police intercepter.

Did you change the fan control module, located on the fan shroud ? I suggest replacing the fan as a unit- available as a drop in with shroud, blade, motor and module and is not terribly expensive. Hope this helps. Doc
