NO OIL LEAKS,OIL CHANGED EVER 3000 MILES,A/C STOPPED WORKING ABOUT 2MONTH AFTER THIS STARTED,GAS MILEAGE STILL DESCENT,ENGINE RUNS SMOOTH.

Burnt oil smell under hood,through vents,around town,not on free way,PCV VALVE NEW,NO OIL LOST OR BURNT.

Hello, It sounds like the valve cover gaskets are leaking, you don't smell it at freeway speeds because the air flow is forced under the car. Check the valve cover hold down bolts to see if there are loose. If so you might be able to tighten them down a bit. If not, you will need to replace the gaskets.
