How do I adjust the rear drum brakes on this model? The adjuster is inside the hub but, after adjusting up, the hub will not go back on. Is there any other way of doing this?

make sure that the shoes are central, often they will drop one side a bit, if it is a cam lever type adjuster leave just a little loose and wen on drive in revers and apply the hand brake on and off a few times, also make sure that the lever mechanism is not seized, if this dose not bring them up, the drum may be over size look at these first.
