What could cause a creaking sound in the front end when turning right?

2004 Mustang Cobra Convertible

Seems to only happen when i turn the wheels to the right (passenger side), it makes a sound, almost sounds like a suspension creaking sound. Obviously it could just be a problem with the spring, right?

Additional info, whoever owned it before me had it lowered but i'm not sure how they did it yet, i haven't gotten under the car yet to check it. I want to get a whole new suspension set (shocks/struts and springs all around) Just need a list of info to check on it as well as any maintanence I should do while there!

Lowered suspension can have the noise coming from the springs. Other things to look at would be the ball joints and strut mounts.

Without any inspection, it is not possible to tell so however, you still need to check it out.
