Console Lights Flickering

Console lights are flickering along with headlights fickering when driving. Help! What could be wrong? Thanks in advance.

It is not a 500 focus - how did that get in there?

Have the alternator load tested if okay -could be a wiring problem or the computer controlled of the alternator's field generation circuit-
